I am curious about large printing - I upsized a few files to send directly to bayphoto for 300dpi at 18x24. Smugmug won't allow an upload that large (80-110M jpegs at 91% quality out of Lightroom3). 300dpi versus 200dpi make that much of a difference? Should I upsize to hit the max file size on all my uploads if I am expecting customers to print 12x18 and up (I'm a DX shooter). Anyone have any real word examples of this working/not working to your expectations? At a minimum I'm paying more attention to less post cropping these days :D

You can now upload 100megapixle and 50megabyte files to SmugMug. For an 18x24 you never would need to upres on your own. The lab will do if needed but that is rare, especially for a print of this size. Upload your original pixels and let the lab do the rest deal.gif

I do not have an option for an 18x24 print size. Where do I enable it or do I have to somehow create a custom size?

    Michael,
18x24 sizes are only available via the EZPrints lab at this point.
