Scholars speculate that the birds are herons.




Some of these obviously depict turtles. My theory is that the petroglyph on the right is the Stairway to Heaven. The Sinagua were big Led Zeppelin fans.




This one has humans. There are also humans in the first photo. These were evidently intentionally distorted, for reasons known only to whoever did it.

Earache, pathfinder, thanks. These were taken at the V Bar V Ranch, which isn't really a ranch. It's a spot in the Coconino National Forest in central Arizona.
