Am I screwing my SEO with image-only Bio Box?

I am just now realizing the value of SEO and I'm trying to make the necessary changes on my site. One of the biggest suggestions I've been coming across is having relevant text in my Bio Box. Well, it is currently full of images only. Should I change that?

It suggests several different strategies, bio box being one of them. Not important?

Are you SURE there's nothing else I should be doing with the Bio Box? I want to use every tool available to me, to improve SEO.
