I like the composition and the subject. But it seems a little flat in the tonal range. Everything is about the same tone so it's hard for me to follow a path through the picture. Perhaps add some contrast into the foreground rocks (darken them) and/or into the cliff rocks. I think that might add some dimensionality and extend the range. The foreground rocks to the left lead into the water but they are hard to see. Burning that area might bring them out and give you a leading line into the image.
Thanks for the feedback, Tom. It is a little flat in tone. The brightest tones stop well short of white, but when I took them higher I didn't like the result. I'll try your suggestions.
