Our Support Heroes are famous. At SmugMug, we believe in our customers and it's always been our mantra to "Do the right thing." And our heroes do, hundreds of times every day for every kind of problem.
We bleed green. We love making our customers smile.
The thing is, we don't hire just anyone. While the Support Hero has been one of the most mystifying roles in our company, we need a few more gifted souls to help carry us through to the future. (Have you seen all the crazy new stuff we've been rolling out?)
And Dgrin has been the perfect resource for our Hero team: Barb, Sebastian, Ann, Christina, Nick, Doc and lots more have all started right here.

No, I'm not crazy or full of hot air. SmugMug has really earned my loyalty and respect for all they do for pros and our customers.

Which other company takes it's customer support so seriously? The heroes are exactly that, heroes!
I love the family feel that smugmug projects to all their customers. The staff who are available 24 hours a day, the CEO who posts on his blog, updates twitter, Andy who must be at least 5 people for the number of posts here on the forum and on all the other support sites.
Even if i'm not lucky enough this time to join you as a hero, please keep up the great work, it's very much appreciated.
