I think these were over 2 days. There was a brief 20 second snow flurry while the sun was shining. I scampered to get pics of anything possible.

It was a sun flurry!?!? kind of like a sun shower but with snow..

5 is a hoot. I really like the composition of #8. If it's a crop, you might want to give him just a little more breathing room, assuming all the lines of the stone continue.

Thanks Richard- #8 was not a crop- I think I had the 135L and was real close to the subject. I usually try not to crop body parts.

#3 is one of the best street shots I've seen in quite a while, Nelson. Bravo! Some of the others are fun, but none of them come within miles of #3.

Very nice. Of the first set, I like #1 a lot, also the one with the girl and the snow flakes. Very Dr. Zhivago-ish. Of the second set, the vertical of the person on the stairs is excellent, as is the fellow playing his sax.

I really like the girl in the snow. And, I agree...one of the best street shots here in a while. Nice candid. 5 in the first set looks like he's playing to the camera.

Thanks Ed. The guy in #5 was a drunk singing in a raspy Russian voice.. He was very confrontational and I don't think he noticed me much.

I see the fountain etc. and it feels like Central Park to me, but I saw where you wrote "I have some Central Park shots to post soon".
