Eyes of Dante

Alas; Atlas will not let me capture his eyes (the white dog of another post), So Dante is my stand by dog. He has stood by me almost 13 years now.

Great concept - I can't decide between the two, not sure if I like the light in #2, but then again, it makes it appear more realistic (not positive if it's the light or the smaller size that makes it seem more real). Only thing I'm not completely sold on is that it looks like Atlas' head is floating, but that may be the effect you were going for in the shot. Great color & focus.

I like #2 for the same reason Lillian already mentioned. Just seems more natural. Great idea!
