How to resize a file in order to post on a site.

Hi. I have purchased from SmugMug a number of photos from my son's high school tennis matches in order to load them on a tennis recruiting website. They must be JPEG and 90 pixels wide X 120 Pixels high. I have purchased and repurchased but cannot get the correct size to download. I can't get it small enough. I located an area on SmugMug under questions but have not been able to find where I can ask them to resize. Can someone help? Thanks,

    I'm assuming that you have a JPEG image of some large pixel dimensions and you're asking how to downsize it to something close to 90x120.

    What type of computer (Windows or Mac) are you using? What version of the operating system are you using? Do you have any tools installed for modifying images (like Photoshop, iPhoto, etc...)?
