I am looking for some studio owners looking for ways to imrrove their spaces/prcoesses/work flow. I am currently a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in the United States Navy. I am soon getting out of the Navy before the end of summer and will be looking to follow into a job in that field. What I am offering is my skills in process improvement and waste elimination. What I mean is I would like to work with you and see if we can reduce steps in your work flow, establish a better layout to reduce wasteful steps, and essentially just make you work smarter not harder, save you time, and save you money. I am looking for more ammo for my portfolio, and I want to help a community that has helped me more than I could ever repay.
