Awaiting help from a Hero

Hi,
I apologize, but I read what I should have included in my email after I sent it to the help desk. It was requesting help with a few tasks, and I listed what those tasks were, but I figured we'd get to the details once someone returned my email. That was around 9am this morning and it's now after 6pm. Does it typically take this long to hear back, or is the help desk inundated with other requests for help at this time and mine is further down the queue? :dunno

Now I'm wondering if I made a typo in entering my email address.

    Delbean, we answer many thousands of emails every week - and we never ignore any we receive. What email address did you send from, and can you resend it to us asap? Andy

    Still nothing in my inbox or spam folders. I'm off to bed now, but I'll try again in the morning. What time do you sign off at night and sign on in the morning?

    We'll be here at the help desk when you get up in the morning. I just sent you an email from the help desk, 'Delbean Dgrin' is the subject line. Post back here if you don't get it.

    Rich, I replied to your email, then got another back from someone else saying to allow you 48 hours to respond. I was hoping to get help today (actually, yesterday when I sent the initial email). My M-F dayjob won't allow me to wait 48 hours. Is there anything you can do? The test email you sent came thru fine, so I'm standing (sitting) by...

    Hi, I received your message. Looks like there might have been a typo in your email address or it was sent to an account you forgot about.

    I've updated your help desk profile with the two know good email addresses. I replied to your test messge and re-sent the message Nick sent you yesterday. I'm hoping you have messages "Re: Delbean Dgrin" & "Help with my website - part deux" in your inbox about now. Let me know

    Just wanted to say thank you to the heroes that helped me with my issues! I admire their patience! Now.........on to pricelists.
