Hi,
I apologize, but I read what I should have included in my email after I sent it to the help desk. It was requesting help with a few tasks, and I listed what those tasks were, but I figured we'd get to the details once someone returned my email. That was around 9am this morning and it's now after 6pm. Does it typically take this long to hear back, or is the help desk inundated with other requests for help at this time and mine is further down the queue? :dunno
Now I'm wondering if I made a typo in entering my email address.
