Big Sur Bixby Bridge under the stars

Here are a few photos I took last weekend on a dark evening in Big Sur. At first all the cars going by bothered me. But then I decided to just go with it and include then as another element in the image. All but the first are time lapses. I blended an earlier foreground frame with a later shot of the stars. That way I could get some detail in the bridge.

This image is a pano first for the bridge then panned up for the miky way. By this time the milky way was really bright:

Nicely done. I prefer #3 for color and exposure.

Very nice! I like #4 because of the extended view of the sky.

I'm gonna be the odd one and go for number 2. It gets the wonderful starlight but still retains some detail in the cliffs. Great set.

Thanks for the input guys. I find it interesting that ppl all like different versions. I think my favorites are #3 & #4 because of the stars being brighter. The first is nice for transition light I think.

I like #3 also. That view would make an awesome time lapse sequence.
