Got out to one of our state parks and have a couple of options I like.

    both are fantastic, but i think 1 better fits the profile of this challenge.

    I agree - in the gator, the eyes are camouflaged & don't show up as well - the frog is great & I love the title! Might strengthen the comp if you crop a smidge off the left & bottom to get the frog's eye in a hot spot, but a great shot as is.

    If it's not too much of a crop, I'd like to see the frog's nostril close to the center of the shot. Right now it seems like there is too much behind & below the frog & not enough in front of it. Awesome focus - & I like the sharp reflection too.

    I know what you mean about cropping - but I don't see any blurriness or pixelation with your crop & the comp looks a lot better to me.
