ACR 6.7RC was issued yesterday Richard, which is a stop-gap version to handle things (to some degree) until we see PSCS6 and ACR 7.0 (whenever that might be...)

We are no longer embedded in LR4...this is a better solution for us and you, as we can push new releases whenever we want and not when Adobe let us.
After you upgrade to LR4, your Published Services will look something like this...
Just click on it and you will be taken to a page where you can download the current plugin version.
