This is not my shot. It was taken about 2 weeks ago at Surfers Paradise (about an hour away)

The building reported 9 hits in that storm.

    Hey Gus,

My old man was telling me about this the other day....WOW...that's a major hit.

I hear that it's been quite the season for lightning photography up there lately.

    So where's your shots mate ? ne_nau.gificon10.gif

Only the second day of the official storm season mate.

I dont know why but for some odd reason this year we are getting heaps of low cloud with the early storms.

Wow now that's a direct hit! I think I have seen a shot of that building getting hit before....But not like that.

We have had a lot of low cloud and early storms too Gus. On thursday we had a small tornado out past the airport that thank heaven didn't do any damage and was only touching the ground a minute or so....still though....I think this season is going to be a hairy one...:uhoh

    So keep your camera outrolleyes1.gif
