Email list - possible to sort into groups?

I love using the Share/Email feature to send a customized email to potential customers alerting them to a newly posted photo that they might be interested in purchasing. However, my email list is growing and getting a bit cumbersome. Is it currently possible to group the emails into subsections? I shoot high school sports action photos, so I'd like to be able to organize my email list into Football, Baseball, Soccer, etc. If anyone knows how to do this, I'd love to know. Before asking this question, I searched for the topic in Digital Grin and was taken to the Request section. So I'm not sure if this means it's not possible and that I should put in a request for this to be a future improvement. Thanks for any input.
