Trees

This is my first photo post here. I took this a few weeks back and we edited it in soft black and white. I am still in the learning process so feel free to let me know what needs to be changed.

    Welcome :D thanks for sharing and keep on taking photos that really move you in some way. Number one is a little dark and dull on my screen..but I always like this angle on trees. Number two leaves me a little flat, like I'd like to see more of the tree and I think I see a house roof in the lower right corner which distracts me. Keep on posting and learning, everyone is here to help

    Thank you all for the comments. I am really enjoying myself with the pictures. I take at least one picture a day and look forward to my picture time.

    Yes, that is an apartment building roof. I kept moving around to get an angle without it, but the tree wasn't right then so I cut out as much as I could. Thanks for the comments.

    actually, i quite like the first one. it's a bit dark, yes, and a bit soft, intentionally, but the two together give it an eerie, dreamlike quality that's very intriguing.
