Help with pricelists

If this has already been addressed, I'm sorry as I'm a little late to the party... I converted to the new pricelists awhile ago, and everything seemed in order so I left it alone. I went back the other day to check some things and noticed that everything was jumbled (wrong sizes for sale, etc). So I deleted ALL the existing price lists and started over. In doing this, I noticed that when selecting Single Photos for a particular list, not all uploaded photos in some galleries are available to be selected for a certain pricelist. These photos are NOT collected photos. Without listing specific examples, is tere any general reason I could check into that might be causing this glitch? I could email the help desk with links if need be. Thanks in advance.

    Hi, Check to see if the image is a jpeg, other file types won't show in the picker.

    If you like, email us the links to the images you're trying to add to a Price List and which price List your trying to add them to and we'll take a look for you.
