I purchased this lens new 3 weeks ago to evaluate for a specific application. I have determined that other lenses I currently own are better suited to the application so I am putting this one up for sale. The lens is pristine with one exception. I tried a 3rd party tripod ring which did not fit well and unfortunately it left a tiny scratch in the channel where the tripod ring fits. I have shown it in an image below. The price I have put on this lens reflects the fact that the scratch is there.

The lens is complete with all the original goodies..... both front and rear caps, lens hood, soft case, manual and box. I will gladly include the 3rd party tripod ring at no charge but as I mentioned above, I was not happy with the fit.
