SmugMug vs. Lightroom?

1. How can I contact SmugMug for technical support? Attempts from my SmugMug homepage result in an endless loop of "Verify Login" that fails to acknowledge my password. Not very customer friendly.

2. Lightroom: When trying to co-ordinate downloads from Lightroom, why do I recieve a note that says "Your SmugMug access token for adobe Lightroom has been revoked." ?


Am I doing something wrong?

    Like Art said, go to help.smugmug.com and shoot us a note, or use the email address there and email us - we never close, open 365 days a year :D We can help with your LR question, we'll need to know your site when you email us. Thanks.

    Oh and if you're getting stuck at the "verify login" page, go to:
    www.smugmug.com
    click on 'logout' and then try logging in again.

    Lightroom 4
    Hi Andy,

    I have all ready Lightroom 3.6, i use this for 40,000,00 images, and for stranfer via my website: www.joelbourgoin.com. Recently, i use Lightroom 4 for my new images, but they have no possibility to transfer my images via my website whit transfer service. How cant i fixe this ?

    smugmug plugin & LR4?
    Hi guys

    I'm having difficulty uploading to my smugmug galleries via LR4. I tried downloading the current plugin with no avail. I assume there is a new plugin coming for LR4. Any idea of date of availability? It was so great to use with LR3.

    I've tried the Java drag and drop method without success.headscratch.gif
    The use of a camera is similar to that of a knife. You can use it to peel potatoes, or carve a flute. ~ E. Kahlmeyer
