Renewal issues

My credit card has changed and I am one day late in renewing my Smugmug account. I tried to update my credit card a moment ago and it will not let me log in to change it. tried it from the link sent in the emails, same thing. Tried the contact link on bottom of the page and it requires me to sign in before I can contact anyone.

So how do I update my billing now?

    Email us at help[at]smugmug[dot]com with a link to your site and the last five digits of the credit card in your account and we'll change the password for you. It seems to help get folks out of the login loop.

    Thank you for the help. With the excellent and speedy help from the smugmug heroes everything is as it should be now.
