Canon 580 EX flash (needs work)

AS-IS sale, flash worked great than suddenly would not power up. My guess is that it needs a Main System Board Service which costs $120.00 here:

Never dropped or gotten wet. Flash is in great condition with only minor rub marks - battery door and other moving parts work perfectly.
