How you make your image so sharp ? Did you use dead body insecte ? Or did youo use this program : Helicon Focus ?

For me i use 105 sigma, i have the extended tube, but never use for my sigma lens. I like to shoot at 200 iso, 1/160 sec / to 1/1000 / f30 - f45.

I love to have black backgroond and for my flash i use 24 mm and the power of my light at -1 / -2 .

What did you thinks ?

;Joel I tend yo shoot at wider apertures to avoid diffraction softening, Normally around F11 to f13 at 1:1 magnification,
Yes I do often use focus stacking to make up some DOF using zerene stacker
