How do I implement my own watermark on my SmugMug account?

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to implement my own watermark on my SmugMug account - I can see how to use it once you have it established...and I have an image uploaded to a gallery to use...but I don't see how to assign it as a watermark. The help forum said to go to Tools in the gallery and click "Make it a Watermark" - I looked high and low and even searched the words on the page and do not see where to make the image a watermark. Any help or a link to the real instructions would be most welcome!

I have been using a logo as watermark for the past few years. Recently enabled pinterest pinning on my site and have seen some photos drive a fair amount of traffic to the site. The logo has been maintained when I followed the shot back (though I don't use host these shots on Smugmug - they are on a separate WP site). You can see my logo by visiting the site below.
