I set my galleries to Gallery Style-Smugmug and thumbs -Square.
All photos are not going to square look some do...some don't.

Help please and let me know what you did so I can fix in the future.

Thanks

    Hi Fred,

Did you use a Quick Setting to apply changes to multiple galleries, or did you use the Gallery Settings > Multiple Galleries, to make changes to all galleries (or lots of galleries) at once?

When you change settings across multiple galleries at the same time, it doesn't remake the image thumbnails or re-watermark the images if you have something new in the settings.

If you use the Tools menu in the gallery to adjust the thumbnails, you can set them all to square and it'll reprocess them quicker. By changing the gallery setting in bulk it'll apply to newly added images in the gallery, and if the images are reprocessed in some way (like a color effect or cropping) we'll pay attention to the new setting. But to make the change immediately, use the Tools menu.

If you need anything else, please let us know.

    Take care,

Yes I did set all galleries at the same time.
But then I remember something about this and then went to some of my listed galleries and changed it through Tools menu.
But all I did was open up the Tools >Gallery Settings then hit Save but I didn't change anything.
    This didn't work.

If you go this gallery only one photo is not square..I have saved this gallery many times still no luck.

Sorry but I think I am not getting this

    Thanks

    Hello Fred,

I went into IR Art and saw that while the gallery was set to square, the thumbs are originals. I switched it back to original, waited until they were all replaced and then set it back to square and saved it. This seems to have done the trick. I'd give that a go with the other three galleries and see what that does on a gallery by gallery basis.

Man I hate to be a bother but the galleries mentioned above still not all square.

I tried to change a setting in "Gallery Settings" (only one gallery at a time) then save wait...then go back and change it backing but still not square.
My reason for doing the above is I figured that if I changed something let it take effect and change it back that would solve the problem.

    Thanks

    Fred,
Give the Tools button > many photos > more > adjust thumbnails tool a try. That's the best option to change the thumbnails for existing photos in a gallery. I just tried it on your Garden Spaces gallery and the gallery is already all done.
