Help business and personal smug mug use

Hello,

I have a smug mug pro account and would like to use it for two things. One is for business and the other for my own personal work.

Any suggestions how to set this up?
Note. I have a custom page being built via fast line media to be used as my business site.


2nd question
I would like my family to be able to download galleries. Things like family trips or parties. But I would also like to leave it open where they could also order prints.
The problem I've come across is; I've only found the ability to download one image at a time or to download the entire gallery at a cost. Ideally I want them to be able to download the gallery at zero cost.
Any ideas or is this possible?

Hey Podell,

You can make good use of the Family category, to keep your Family galleries separate. If you use the same password for all of them, that will allow them to enter the password just one time, to unlock all of the galleries with the same password. Cookies are a wonderful thing!

To allow them to download the images, just turn off your protection, and enable your originals for viewing. That will allow the "save photo" links and icon to be visible to them.

For full gallery downloads, you can use the download all link in the gallery, and share that link with them. It's free, and perfectly acceptable. Just remember, the links are only good for 2 weeks, as downloaded. Check this help page out for details: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93331

You can issue them an at cost coupon, so they can purchase prints at our default cost, if you'd like, too.
