Has anyone tried taking individual shots underwater for Team and Individuals for High School sports?

I can't say I've ever seen that. With the various challenges UW photography presents, I'd be surprised to see it for T&I.

Fashion and art photographs and most recently, dogs jumping in a pool are examples of things I've seen that were well done. So I have no doubt it can be done.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. If you can pull it off I think you could have some sensational shots so far out of left field that it would make people's jaw's drop (might want to also play "safe" and get some standard keepers also!)
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.
