SmugMug Uploader in LR4

Hey,

I'm using LR4 and I have two problems:

1. I do not see all pictures which I have uploaded to SmugMug in the Gallery, but in the film roll. As an example, I see all five pictures in the film roll, but in the gallery there are only two. I checked all filters and I do not know why.

2. When I update a picture, this picture isn't mark to be upload again. If I right click on the picture and choose the option to upload it again, nothing happens.

Any idea?

Hi Neon,

1. If you didn't upload all the photos with our Lightroom publish plugin, you can make use of the sync photos feature described in more detail here.
As long as the photos on SmugMug are also part of your Lightroom catalog, the sync photos feature should be able to match them up.

2. Photos are marked for republishing if you make changes and the next time you click on the 'publish' button the photos should be republished again. The photos marked for republishing should be displayed in a separate section above the "published photos":

OK, I change the language of LR for the screen shot, but it wasn't necessary for you Ich glaube wir hatten schon einmal das Vergnügen per E-Mail. (en: I think we've ever talked to each other by e-mail.)

You can see the four images in the film roll, but only to images in the overview. I don't know, why the other two images aren't shown. In other galleries, there are only pictures in the film roll and no one in the overview.

The picture I marked in the film roll was changed, but I can re-publish it. Also if I right click on it and mark it manually to be re-published. The images are definitely in library, because I can edit them in the development area.

I updated the SmugMug Plugin in LR 3.6 and sync all my images. Everything works fine and I updated LR to 4.0. Now I have this problems. I also reload the plugin and resync the images.

Your screenshot shows a scroll bar. What happens if you scroll down?
I just upgrade to Lightroom 4 and and I can still see my published photos fine.

Looking at your Tierwelt gallery, I can also see all 4 photos and can see that you've republished some of the photos successfully multiple times.

Did you try closing your Lightroom completely and re-opening it again?

The scroll bar is only visible because the LR windows is very small for the screen shot. If I scroll down, there is nothing.

The re-publish function work fine in the past, but not now. I also restart LR a few times. Maybe I will reinstall the plugin.

Edit: I reinstall LR without any changes :-/

Edit2: I see, that the picture is updated correctly. The only problem is, that it is not shown in the overview.

I've asked our Lightroom plugin engineer for help. Hopefully he has any further suggestions on what the issue may be.
