At the Viera Wetlands, I witnessed a Bald Eagle make a low pass over a lake which caused American Coots to scatter in all directions. The Eagle made a couple of circles around then landed on a old Palm Tree trunk.

At one point, an Osprey flew overhead and dive bombed him. The Eagle then visually and vocally expressed his displeasure with the Osprey.

Pam, Eagles are a very common sight at the Viera Wetlands during the winter months. They come there to feed on the American Coots and Ducks.
