Need Identification

Hoping someone can help me identify these items. I picked these up with some other items but don't know what they are. The two black pieces, look like some kind of power module. There are no markings whatsoever on them.

And of course if you know what they are and want them, send me a note.

    Jim... are there other connectors on the boxes? It would help for us to also see these also...

    No other connectors. Just the one on the front with two buttons one black one red and a green led.

    Say, when you plug those in, do you feel lightheaded at all? NO reason. Just asking.

    Sayyy ... does anyone near fcvisual in SoCal happen to have a geiger counter?

    On a serious note, I have no clue what the hell these are. And I used to tinker with electrical stuff when I was young.
