Chocolate Hills

Bohol is covered with these little round hills and in the dry season they look like scoops of chocolate icecream.

    That is a lovely image. The pic almost seems to jump out at you. Have you manipulated it in any way?

    Not being funny or anything, but there are so many facets to it! Not sure if it was intended or not, but each time I look at it there's something different. First of all the expanse of lush gree vegitation. Then the sky. Then those palm-type trees in the foreground which have a surreal sharpness to them and finally (so far!) the blue ? tents in the centre which I didn't see until the second or third viewing.


    It reminds me of one of the winners in the recent BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year where the commentary said that "you see something different each time you look at it". I'll see if I can find it.

    Wow!! Thanks!! The blue is the roof of row of residences or a school. Rode our motorbike by both on the way in and don't remember which is which.
