Spring in the Oak Trees

This is a favorite location of mine, only a 5 minute drive, and 20 minute hike from my house. It's not as green as it usually is this time of year (I increased saturation a bit to make up for it), but we finally got some decent rain in the past week, and I'll trek up there in a week or two and see how it's looking.

The photo is an 8-frame panoramic, using a homemade pano head. I processed it HDR, with an attempt to keep it "realistic." Particulars are: 5DMII, 24-105L (at 35mm), f8, 1/125.

C&C welcome.

Nice pano, John. The scene, exposure and processing all look great. Do the trees on the left side of that knoll really tilt left, or is there some kind of lens distortion going on here? headscratch.gif

Thanks to both of you. And, yes, the trees really do tilt. No distortion.
