Watermarks gone wrong

OK, I just created a gallery within Lightroom used the quick settings I have setup from other galleries. When it uploaded this new gallery, instead of my watermark showing up PROOF shows up as the watermark. What am I doing wrong? I have checked the watermark settings and the watermark specified is correct. I even went into the images and tried changing the watermark there, but it still shows PROOF instead of my custom watermark. I waited several minutes and did a hard reload of my browser page and nothing...

    Hey Jason,

    I did see the last image in your gallery is displaying our proof watermark, but the rest show yours. Did you find the source of the problem, or did the images change after a while? If we have an issue, we'll want to dive in, and figure things out. That said, it would be preferable to keep this up, at least for now.

    Maybe there is an issue still. I just gave things an hour and looked again. Noticed the first few were changed, but didn't check all of them.

    OK, it's changed now. Maybe just a backlog of stuff and I was part of the log jam?

    Jason,
    The problem seems to be your quick setting. I just checked and it has the default SmugMug watermark set. I'd recommend that you create a new quick setting with the corrected settings.
    You cannot overwrite an existing quick setting. If you enter the name of an existing quick setting when trying to save, it won't work. You can only delete the quick setting and create a new one.

    And if you ever want to change the watermark of photos after they are uploaded, use the Tools button > many photos > watermarking tool.

    The gallery settings > watermarking setting is mainly intended to set a watermark for future uploads to the gallery.

    I think I have an issue with watermarks. I have watermarks set to display on all of my public pages, but they do not always appear. For example at the gallery http://www.johntkacsphotography.com/KarateImages/2011-All-Martial-Arts/Weapons/22038052_S6mJbB#!i=1758607711&k=gMJngtG, no watermark displays but at a gallery in the same category, http://www.johntkacsphotography.com/KarateImages/2011-All-Martial-Arts/Sparring/22038034_bvWRWz#!i=1759194441&k=Fgc9q7X , the watermark does display. BTW, I have tried to disable / enable protection and allowed sufficient time (several hours) to see any changes, but nothing so far. Any assistance that can be provided would be appreciated.

    You either have to upload with watermarks enabled in the gallery settings or add them under the tools
    menu if watermarks were not enabled at the time of upload.

    The quick response is very much appreciated! The watermarks are showing up now.
