Change from Pro account to Power

I currently have a pro account and I will be billed $150.00 for another year sometime in April. I don't plan on doing any photo stuff this year so was wondering can I change my account to Power. Would only be $60 compared to $150. Also with going to a Power account will I lose any of the stuff that I have done to my site? I will most likely go back to a Pro account next year when my billing comes due again so don't want to have to redo it all.
