Drove a bunch of kids to the bruins game the other day, I opted to take the time to shoot a couple of frames (partly cause the only places to park a bus near the fleet is sooooo far away).

What do you think?

Does anybody know good places to stand for scenic shots of boston?

Yea, in the middle of Yosemite. :D Just kidding of course.

Great captures, Winger. ...and I really do like nighttime cityscapes. Loved the zoom as well.

Great shots! I'm a sucker for night shots :):

Hey, anyone knows who's the architect of that bridge? I believe they're building another one of his in Jerusalem right now (Santiago Calatrava)

With its graceful lines and 270-foot towers, the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge fuses Boston's future with its historic past. Swiss bridge designer Christian Menn conceived the bridge to reflect, with its inverted Y-shaped towers, the shape of the Bunker Hill Monument in neighboring Charlestown. In addition to the Battle of Bunker Hill, the bridge is also dedicated to the life of civil rights activist Lenny Zakim. It serves as a permanent memorial to a man who bridged many gaps. The bridges cables -- which suggest a ship in full sail -- also evoke the history of East Boston as a center of shipbuilding.
    Check it out here.

I think I have posted maybe one or two nonsport ones as well (but you do notice the TD Banknorth garden in the pic and I was killing time waiting for my group to finish at the Bruins game :) )I just opted not to take a pass and to walk around the city for a bit. Besides there is really no good place to park a bus by the Gahden.

Maybe I should post more of my non sporty shoots.........
