moving galleries in a category

Hi,

not sure if it is possible but am wondering how I can move a gallery to a different position in its own category. I have my galleries dated but when I do any alterations, the gallery moves to the top of the page and gets my dates out of order. It sounds like a simple trick that I am not aware of as yet. my site is

You can change your gallery display to by position (instead of most recent). Then you can arrange the order as you'd like.
