context aware search

Looking at this page: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93248-search-browse

It says that the context aware search box in the browser will search my site if on my home page or the gallery if I'm in a gallery. This is not happening, the search goes out to the web.

Can I do something to change the behavior of the search box?

Hi, I think you're mixing up our search function with the search function in your browser. The one in your browser is beyond our control

There is a search box in the default SmugMug header (if you're showing that). If you've hidden the SmugMug header, you can easily add a search box to your site. Check out item # 9 here for instructions on how to do that.
