Landscape or Portrait?

Hi dgrinners,
It been awhile for me, misssed the info and inspiration!
I have a question for your input, if you will please?
I submitted this image for consideration, as a landscape for our club calender.
One of the judges dismissed it saying it is not a landscape, it is a portrait.
If you will take the time please do the poll? yes or no simple enough?

    Sorry for the error in poll question.
    I should used landscape or portrait for the options!
    So yes it's a Landscape , or no for portrait!

    It's a landscape with human-made elements. Some people make that distinction. In this forum we just call them landscapes. I think it's legitimate for your judge to say no human elements in the shot. However, this is certainly not a portrait by any conventional use of the term.

    I'd be disinclined to call it a landscape image, as the human elements are clearly prominent.
    Newspaper photogs specialize in drive-by shootings.
