Sun was out and so were a few critters so here is a selection:
Jumping spider, large crop:
One of of those lovely little spiders, the jumper, peered over the side of one of the plastic Tupperware tubs I keep around the garden for when I am collecting caterpillars and such.
Her curiosity got the better of her I suppose, and she sort of "lolled" her little legs over the rim for a moment. I love those eyes:
Rescued Lady:
This little ladybird I spotted submerged in the pond - not to far from the frogs and very close to the frothy movement of the the tadpoles! Subsequently rescued and put out to dry, she hung around in the sun as the wing case slowly got its brighter colours back...
Anyway, she seems none the worse for her ordeal.
