Slideshow/Video upload help...

This is my first time uploading video to smugmug so I had a few questions I couldn't find the answer to. Is there a way to pick the tumbnail image for the slideshow and is there a way to embed it onto the facebook wall so it can be viewable there without having to open a new window?

or is there not just a way to play it on its current page without having it open in a lightbox?

Tools button, replace video preview image.
To embed, try Be Social>Facebook

Embedding it like that just posts a link to the page, the link then takes you to your site where the slideshow is viewed. Unless I am doing it wrong. I was hoping they could watch it without having the link take them elsewhere.
