Classic Cologne Shots

I didn't set out to do this, but I found two shots fairly close and thought a day and night comparison was in order:


There was a huge contingent of photographers there at the blue hour time. Somewhat amazing to see all the hardware, people, and styles.

This is with my little Canon S100 and one of those plastic tripod things......not all bad.

    Beautiful! I like the night shot; inviting for a dinner out! Both show quite a contrast! Is the bridge leaning a bit 'downward' naturally?

    I went back and looked at Andy's - and I think they are pretty much identical - except for some bulbs under the bridge being out and some subtle changes in the city scape!

    Thanks! I am pretty happy with the S100 - except for a huge amount of sensor dust on a brand new camera!
