Another winner, Antonio. Love those midtones.

Yep. I gotta agree...looks really cool. Got that HDR effect...clouds, etc...

Thank you all for the nice comments. :)

@ Ed911 - Sorry no HDR effect what so ever... Just a couple of layers and adjustments. :)

I have re-touched the last image. One of my problems is that I am never - or rarely - satisfied with my work and sometimes, I re-do it.
That is what I have done now.
I have enhanced the sky and made it more 3D :)

I like the first one better, Antonio. A bit too much boost in the sky in the second one. The manipulation begins to become too obvious.

Don't think so. The sky is too grey in the first image.

    Thank you :)

If we were both standing in front of a pair of prints we could argue the point, but we aren't, so we can't. You're the photographer and you gotta go with what you feel. Go for it.

+1 on #1. Perhaps the gray sky boosts the impact of the house.

Thank you Ed :) for the kind words

Rags, it is rather difficult to choose from both but perhaps the second one is best. Oh well... :)

    Sounds good

But be mindful that a lot of people pay thousands of dollars for lenses that blur background (bokeh) to achieve subject separation

    Good shootin'

    Like myself for example :D

We have to take options even / in spite of having the expensive and sophisticated lens :)
