Gorgeous photos, John! I especially love the second one, but they are all super!
What kind of tripod do you use to take into a situation like that. I shot with my husbands super tri pod for mega cameras, studio type, last night. For a sunset/rec shrimp baiting shot that I have been dying for.
It was an experience and a half. No shake. I got shake from my 100.00 M bogen one when I used it a yr ago. Someone stole the head off of it, and I have had no strong desire to use it again. I really did need one last night, and my husband came to the rescue. We had to walk it, but just a bit of a ways.
I picked it up to move it a few feet and I could never walk that tri pod anywhere.
What do you use for mobility and the sturdiness you need. I am thinking February again.
Also, what lens do you use for macro shots?? Thinking Feb again.
