In-laws are visiting so one of my pilot buddies and I took them up for some winter flightseeing. We started off by exploring Chugach Mountains outside of Anchorage. W actually spotted some Dall sheep near the Eagle Glacier, but we weren't able to find them again after turning around for a photo. Later in the day we headed over to Prince William Sound. We checked out the Yale and Harvard glaciers, then flew over Lake George, the Knik glacier, then into Palmer for a pit stop. So cold! There was some gorgeous sunset colors on the way back to Merrill Field in Anchorage. Enjoy!

I feel so blessed to be up here with my family. We moved on a whim from California and have truly fell in love with Alaska.
A fantastic adventure indeed! I am going to try for my private pilot's license this year. So stoked!
