    Sorry, but if you need a gimmick like selective color to 'save' an image, it usually means there's not much there to save.

    I cant argue with that. I was just playing around with it. With the image set as my wallpaper for a while I realize I really don't like it at all.

    There are several technical issues with the image aside from the selective colour aspect. Fundamentally and subject-wise, it has a lot of potential. You might want to revisit the original capture and decide if it can be recovered or to bench it.
