    I am not getting a connection . I think it needs something more,maybe some suspicious looking characters wearing long overcoats and hats hanging out underneath the light being approached by the police.

    It's a technically excellent shot, Rags. The midtones are luscious. But I think Mole's right. There's no focal point in the picture. It'd be good as part of a series, but it can't stand on its own.

    I like it because there is no focal point. It frees my eye and my imagination to wander through the shot and wonder what goes on behind all the closed doors and windows. Without the rain, however, I don't think I'd have this same reaction.
