    Am I doing something wrong? Multiple attempts but I can't get even a single photo to upload (attempted with multiple photos and get the same message). I can hit retry, refresh the page, etc, but still can't upload using the smugmug uploader. Just tried star*explorer though and it uploaded just fine.

    Hmmm... the SM uploader will let me upload web res but not a 4.14MB print res file. Star*explorer works fine. I'll let the support heroes know, Andy. Thanks for the reply.

    Anything else funny happened during this issue? I've noticed thumbnails randomly the wrong format (square vs original) in the gallery and also tools like mass rotate. ne_nau.gif

    Can you include details, like what gallery and specific tool you see an issue along with a screenshot? What browser version and operating system do you use?

    If no one else is reporting this, then I'm just going to play with the setting and see if it fixes itself. Worse case scenario, I'll just delete the gallery and start over.
