Which features come with each level?

I have had a SmugMug account since 2005, always at the basic level. This evening I wanted to check to see what features come with each level subscription. I started with the SmugMug home page, but I couldn't see a way to get that information. Shouldn't that be easily accessible somewhere upfront?

I found it at the very bottom of the page. That is not where I would normally look, but it is there.
