I found an old negative of a photo from the 1980's that I always liked. I scanned it and tried to clean it up. Any helpful comments would be appreciated. .
Seems to me the faces of the pedestrians would be very important in the image, more than the foreground. My guess is you chose the amputee guy rather than the crowd response, as your subject.
The reflection is a great idea in your comp, remember it as you shoot more street
