I found an old negative of a photo from the 1980's that I always liked. I scanned it and tried to clean it up. Any helpful comments would be appreciated.

Are you asking about the image, its composition, emotional impact, and value as 'art'... or the clean up job?
Please feel free to post any reworks you do of my images. Crop, skew, munge, edit, share.

Seems to me the faces of the pedestrians would be very important in the image, more than the foreground. My guess is you chose the amputee guy rather than the crowd response, as your subject.

The reflection is a great idea in your comp, remember it as you shoot more street

    Good shooting

The reflection is good, however the photographer is receiving more attention than the subject and IMO minimizes the emotional impact of the image.
