I am hoping there is a way to have more photos to choose from (or just change the photo) in the thumbnail preview when type in my smugmug website to facebook. The picture showing now is my logo which doesn't show up well on a white background but I need it that way because my website is black.

Thanks so much!

    That logo is the only photo actually on your home page, so that's the only option FB gives you for a thumbnail. (you slideshow photos are placed there via javascript, which is why FB doesn't know about those photos.)

    If you have another image you'd like to use, (e.g. another version of the logo with a dark background) you can place that on your homepage also and then hide it with CSS so it doesn't actually display.

    Facebook will select an image on your homepage automatically (and if there is more than one image, you will be able to choose which to use). OR you can select the an image you want to use.

    Place this code at the top of the Custom Header section in your Advanced Customization:
    <link rel="image_src" href="http://domain.ext/image.png" />

    In place of the red text, insert the location of the image you want to use as your thumbnail.

    From what I read, you'll want to use a square image, but I believe you can use any ratio you feel like. I'm using this one:

    apple-touch-icon.png

    and if you share photos.chrisskopec.com on Facebook, that image should show up as the thumbnail even though you won't find it on the page.

    PS - Since you've already tried sharing your site, FB might be holding on to your logo in a cache. So if you might not see the results if you share your homepage for a little while. Try sharing another unique URL and FB should use the thumbnail image you specify.
