Here's the last fashion look Aenna and I shot last week.

As was pointed out in the other thread, Aenna doesn't do intentionally sexy but she looks pretty attractive selling clothes.

    Gotta agree with MIke clap.gifclap.gif

(one teeny tiny nit - crop from the left on #4 to lose that little bit of banister)

I think she is also the most accomplished of your models in terms of the consistency she delivers - she really seems to know her own body and how to project energy to the camera.

    WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!

The background choice in the first three is the best!!!

Poses and expressions look good too!

The lighting on that scene is to die for also!

    Wonderbar!

Zoomer, that's like an early Easter present from you. Thanks.

Diva, you're dead right about # 4 BUT I may have to do it a different way. headscratch.gif These are cropped to 9 x 12 because we expect her agency to want one of this set for her print look book. I'd really like to find the guy who made 9x12 the model standard and beat him on the kidneys with a stick.
You're also correct that Aenna is one of my pro models (along with Cindy, Danielle and one or two others) and we just click together. She intentionally doesn't do "step on my tongue" sexy but damn she looks good and can apparently sell clothes to women.biggrinbounce2.gif

Bryce thanks. You know I'm most comfortable with just the sun and my L358. I know how to use flash much better after the winter but I don't have to like it any better.:D

Steve, you level of skill is jumped dramatically. You're last two sets are just flooring me. Just stunning! I hope to join you on the PRO level you now inhabit bowdown.gifclap, in the next few years. So looking forward to more of you're work. As far as I'm concerned these are money shots, par excellence

Lol, just call them as I see them. Question, what type of lighting did you use on her? It's so well balanced. I'm trying to avoid leaving shoe prints on you're shirttails as I go along lol.

The lighting is my favorite of all -- Open Shade in natural light. No flash, no reflectors. Just find the place where sun meets the shade and have at it. Makes balancing the light really easy and I just follow my meter.

I'm pretty happy with this set since (a) I like it, (b) she likes it and (c) Zoomer, Diva and Bryce like them and Hack hasn't yelled at me (yet). rolleyes1.gif

Nice job, John. The natural light is great. I especially love #2 but they're all nice.

John ... love these, but I have a question on your lighting. You'd not even consider just a wee snifter of fill flash to produce highlights?

(As an aside, I find that as I delve into this forum, I learn more about my own style, by the way - I like bokeh, little post-processing, highlights in the eyes ... )

and now that Hack has chimed in, I can relax.:D

    Thanks Dog.

MP - I'll always consider it but whenever I can get away with just natural light, I will. I could always add catchlights in post. I just didn't think it necessary here. Thanks.

Very nice shoot. #2, 3, & 4 are great. The lighting in the first three is just amazing! #3 though is just HOT! That is a fantastic and sexy shot.

    Thanks Tin,

White + black + sun can be a nightmare but we were lucky enough to find the bright shade. After that, my Sekonic L358 did the rest.

All I can say is WOOOoooW! bowdown.gif Out of all of them, the only one that doesn't do anything for me is the last one, for some unknown reason. I would love to see a true head shot of her so I can see those beautiful eyes! Can you tell I'm an eye man? :D
